Mediation is a form of alternative dispute resolution. This means that mediation is used as an alternative to trial and litigation. Mediation is confidential and seeks to help parties come to a mutually beneficial arrangement.

Pete Stokes is a Rule 31 Mediator, approved by the Tennessee Supreme Court to practice mediation. As a Rule 31 Mediator, he has the appropriate experience and training to mediate your disputes.
